https://esim888.com is managed by Smartline Inc. to sell eSim and physical SIM cards. Please read and agree to these terms before purchasing.
There are two types of customers:
- Members: Provide full details (email, name, phone number, address). Members can use all features, like ordering eSim/SIM cards, tracking usage, and viewing order history.
- Non-Members: Only provide an email address for "Quick Purchase." Non-members have limited access (e.g., they can only order eSim and cannot track usage or order history).
Your personal data will be protected according to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.
All orders must be placed online, and payment is by credit card only. eSim are sent via email, and physical SIM cards are mailed to the provided address.
1. Follow the instructions or video tutorials provided for installation.
2. The eSim or SIM card must be used within 180 days; otherwise, it will expire.
3. eSim can be installed as soon as received, and usage begins only when connected to a local network.
4. Usage is calculated on a 24-hour basis from the first use unless specified otherwise.
5. Communication quality may vary based on network conditions.
As per the Consumer Protection Act, there is a 7-day return after receiving the product. Note: This period is not for trying out the product; once used, returns are not possible.
- eSim Returns/Exchanges: If any data has been used, it cannot be returned. Contact customer service for assistance. Refunds are processed by canceling the order with no fees. For exchanges, the original order is canceled, and a new order must be placed and paid for.
- Physical SIM Card Returns/Exchanges: If the SIM card is removed from its holder, it cannot be returned. Contact customer service for any returns or exchanges. Refunds are also processed by canceling the order without fees. Exchanges require canceling the original order and placing a new one. For orders with multiple products, partial returns/exchanges aren’t allowed; the whole order must be canceled and reordered correctly.
1. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses related to product use.
2. The Company is not responsible for issues caused by communication quality, user mistakes, or unexpected situations.
1. Disputes not covered by these terms will be handled as general business matters.
2.The bank only handles payments and is not responsible for product disputes.
3. Any legal disputes will be handled in the Taipei District Court.
