Before purchasing, ensure that your phone supports eSIM and is carrier unlocked.
You have up to 180 days from the purchase date to activate your eSIM.
The eSIM QR code will be emailed to you immediately after you complete your order.
We recommend installing your eSIM as soon as you receive your QR code or a few days before your trip abroad.
Your data usage period begins only when your eSIM is activated at your destination - specifically, when it connects to a supported network.
Refer to ‘Internet service provider’ at the top of the product page for the list of supported networks. Your eSIM only works with these networks.
APN (Access Point Name) is provided at the top of the product page. Make sure it is set correctly in your eSIM settings.
Data speed depends on your coverage area, device settings, and any limitations imposed by local network operators.
For Daily Pass plans, you have a fixed amount of data each day. Once you reach your daily limit, your internet speed will be reduced to 128kbps. Your full speed and data allowance will automatically reset at the start of the next day.
